~ A note from Pat ~

Thanks to all who came by and helped out at the St. Mary's smoothie stall on feast day. And not to forget those who also put in a lot of effort behind the scenes in the preparation work before the day itself.

For all those who were not able to come by, you missed seeing some great teamwork at hand. From the gallant men of our group working hard on juicing the oranges, peeling bananas etc, to the expert hands of of our ladies working together to create great smoothies.

And the men washing up too!!! Thanks to Joanna's and Sarah's creativity and Vincent's (urhhh....) resourcefulness, we made use of every last piece of
fruit, ice-cube etc to create our drinks.

We received lots of compliments .... one little boy came by asking for more smoothies and did not want any other drink cos he like the smoothie so much he said. Mary also said the fathers enjoyed the smoothies too.

Despite all the hard work, hope everyone had fun!
